Duration: This course runs as a series of three 2-day non-residential events, involving work during the evening and a high level of participation throughout.
Target: We have designed this program for mid-level managers who wish to develop their leadership skills and acquire a more in-depth perspective on their own leadership preferences; senior level managers who wish to use the program as a tool to 'refresh' their leadership skills are also welcome to join the program.
Aim: To enable participants to become more self-aware of their role as leaders and develop teams that can cross-function and work independently, in an environment that encourages direct communication and creativity.
Objectives: By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Have command of the five constitutive modules of "Creative Leadership".
- Explore each of the five concepts and find out about the beliefs they build upon.
- Develop core competencies and skills with regard to communication, motivation, decision making, conflict resolution, coaching and other essential values in the Creative Leadership series.
- Appreciate different leadership styles and the way they impact teams.
- Increase your self-awareness with regard to their personality and their leadership styles.
- Become more aware of the differences between individuals and learn how to approach diversity at the workplace according to factors like personality and experience.

Target: We have designed this program for anyone who wishes to become an Assessor on an Assessment or DevelopmentCenter.This course is suitable for absolute beginners, those who have limited experience of assessing or those who just want to brush up on their skills and techniques.
Aim: To enable participants to develop assessing skills in a range of typical AssessmentCenter exercises and to provide post-Center feedback to attendees.
Objectives: By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the key principles of Assessment and DevelopmentCenters.
- Describe the components of a typical competency and recognize appropriate positive and negative behavioral indicators.
- Identify different types of Assessment/Development Center exercises and the competencies typically assessed by each.
- Demonstrate their ability to complete the Behavioral Assessment Process (OCRE) effectively for a variety of exercises.
- Prepare and present their Participant data in accurate behavioral terms, supported by relevant examples for inclusion in a data integration discussion.
- Write a Participant report outlining strengths and development needs against individual competencies and exercise types.
- Prepare for and run a face to face feedback session of average difficulty.

Target: Designed for all experienced Assessors who want to go to the next step and be able to design and run their own Assessment and/or DevelopmentCenters
Aim: To enable participants to manage all aspects of an Assessment or DevelopmentCenter from creating an internal policy through to validating the outcomes of the Center itself.
Objectives: By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the different stages and components required to design and manage a successful Assessment or DevelopmentCenter.
- Choose appropriate exercises and associated instrumentation and create a Competency Exercise Matrix.
- Design an overall Center timetable and build appropriate Participant, Assessor and Role player schedules.
- Design an AssessmentCenter exercise such as a Group Discussion with all necessary associated documentation.
- Identify the resources required to run an effective Assessment or DevelopmentCenter.
- Design Assessor Training and provide support to Assessors on the Center to ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistency in their assessments.
- Chair a data integration session to achieve timely and fair assessments for all Participants and to resolve typical issues that may arise.
- Incorporate 'best practice' recommendations to address issues such as Trialing, Piloting, Diversity and Validation.
Features:The course aims to achieve a balance between theory and practice, so participants are asked to select appropriate AssessmentCenter exercises based on job analysis, design AssessmentCenter timetables, and other practical activities.There is also the opportunity to look at software support which assists with the logistics of Assessment Centers.
