Professional Way's newest leadership development workshop is a competency based leadership program, blending leadership theory, leadership activities and a specially designed computer simulation, "War Craft". From the moment participants enter the classroom, they are engaged using the Three Kingdoms "frame" of the program. During the course of this two-day workshop, you and your band will have the opportunity to challenge your brain, practice leadership skills, and compete with two other corporate teams in a simulation and activity-based leadership program. The "winning" team will receive a trophy, but all participants will receive Program Certificates. The facilitation language is Chinese.
